Meet Dr. Cindy Cushman
My first introduction to the Human Resources field was when I took the Myers-Briggs personality test while working as a payroll professional. That evaluation changed my life. Since then, I have dedicated over 20 years to mastering every aspect of organizational health in both large institutions and small businesses—including Harvard University and the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts.
I took every opportunity to learn and grow in this amazing field. Currently, I am in the final phase of my PhD dissertation in Conflict Resolution at NOVA Southeastern University, having previously earned my Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Master's Degree in Organizational Development from Bridgewater State University.
I founded HR2fit as soon as I discovered my true passion: bringing Fortune 500-quality HR service directly to small and mid-sized business owners who need dependable, compassionate, and legally sound HR leadership.
